50$ logo contest - quick and fun

I'm holding another logo contest as I was quite pleased with the last one's results..

Here's the deets..

Name: "Sugarhigh Networks"
Colors: Dark.. (grey/black/light blueish turquoise.. surprise me)
Size: width 300px or with 600px (whichever looks best to you)
Time: 24 hrs
Style: clean and web 2.0ish ..

The specifics are just ideas.. surprise me if you think something would work better.. you guys are the experts!

I think thats a bit too wacky for what i'm looking for.. I want something clean and stylish I think.. also one item i forgot to add is that I need the background on the final version to be transparent, as I need to place it over a striped gradient..

love the logo portion.. text below the target makes it a bit too tall though.. can you try with the logo to the left? maybe a thicker type too..
