Contest $50 logo contest - online marketing company

Hi guys/girls,


Our company is working on a new site, and hoping for a cool, fresh new logo. This is a quick idea of our new site design: http://bit.ly/9Dz68a - replacing http://tinyurl.com/2wa6knb

The company name is "yxymedia" - and that's basically all I want text-wise in the logo. I'd like the colors used to fit the design perfectly, and I'd like it to be:

• CLEAN
• SEXY
• CRISP
• PROFESSIONAL

I will want the logo in HIGH RESOLUTION.

I'm putting down $50 for the winner, and I'll leave this open for a couple days (or until someone just STUNS me).

What do you mean by high resolution?

I'd just like a high resolution version for print use; something scalable (or vector-based, obviously - that'll do too! ;-) )

No worries, questions are welcome. No, the website will be the corporate website for our internet marketing agency. We're a brick and mortar company, working on the internet - we offer SEO, PPC Management, reputation management services, etc...

The logo will be used on our corporate letterhead, our business cards, our invoices etc...

It doesn't really make us look good to have a dollar sign in our logo, imo. I'd like something a little more... slick.

I like the fact that a graphic element gets added, but maybe something a little more generic would work. I'm not a huge fan of the font either, it lacks the clean professional look...

 

Sorry then I don't really have any ideas for this one :S

I kind of like it, Jake. Not sure if it's 100% what I like - could you do some variations? I like the simplicity/clean look a lot - my favorite so far - and this really is the kind of look I want.

I like the previous one better. Maybe you could just do the first one with some other slim, sexy fonts?

I really think it's the winner, just feels.... like it's ALMOST what I want, not 100%. I really, really appreciate your work, I promise I'm not trying to yank your chain. ;-)

 

I understand $50.00 should make a pretty decent logo. I'll keep trying.

I will try some other fonts, but do you like the tri-circle icon? Prefer something else?
