50$ Logo Contest - Instant Paypal reward

Hi,

I need a CREATIVE professional, fresh, clean, and unique logo for my tax eBook site.
Please go through the site http://www.planningyourtax.com/ before you start working on this to get an idea.
Please DO NOT work based on present site. I am going to re-design it soon.

Deadline: One week

Other requirements:

* Logo must have cool look.
* Made in PSD photoshop
* I will post Feedback on entries during the contest.
* Try to be creative
* Colors - you can decide what will be the best.
* The background has to be white.
* I'm starting redesigning the site, so based on this design I may award page re-design.

I do have the right not to choose a winner if the logos or concepts are not up to my standards.

Thanks for your design. The concept is good, but I have a comment:
The man needs to be drawn a bit elegantly to attract attention.

 

Here's my first entry, if you don't like the colors or something just tell me. I' ve also added "" bellow the url of your web, If you don't like it I'll remove it. I'll soon post a new logo I've created. The logo is in http://myblogaboutlogos.blogspot.com/ in the category "Planning Your Tax.com", I've put it there because the image appears smaller if I put it here in an attachment.

I've already developped the logo in 4 different ways. I've posted the in http://myblogaboutlogos.blogspot.com/, they are called "Developpement 1", "Developpement 2", "Developpement .3" and "Developpement 4", you've got just to choose the one th most you like

 

Hi! I've created a fifth version of the logo you most like (the one with a man with a yellow paper in his hand). I've post it in http://myblogaboutlogos.blogspot.com/, because if I post it here it doesn't look with good definition, it is called "Development5", it is like a developed version of the image "Developed 1".
