Contest $50 Logo Contest Guaranteed Winner

Hi again everyone, another contest for a UK company with a guaranteed winner. The company is called ION FM. The FM part stands for Facilities Management which is the maintenance of buildings. The client has no expectations on colour but has expressly desired NOT to include a building in the logo. They are open to ideas but are thinking that the logo will be a strong font with an abstract design incorporated.
The files must be fully layered with all fonts included. The designer must relinquish all copyright to the design on receipt of payment.
Feedback will be given to every submission, looking forward to a great contest, get creative.

#2 - not keen, Don’t get the logo element ?
#4 - Simple but too busy at the same time, I know what it spells out but nobody else I have shown understands what the letters are
#5 - As #2 too complicated to understand the letters
#6 - Too simple / plain
#7 - Too simple / plain
#8 - First logo to stand out and grab my attention, particularly black on white, would like to see more from this designer and some variations in colour maybe.
#9 - Too simple / plain
#10 - Very similar to #8 - not keen on the slant (Italics)
#11 - As per previous comments for #5, letters very difficult to distinguish
#12 - Not too bad apart from the colour scheme. prefer the second part of the logo to the first (don’t like the triangles either side of FM)

If possible would like the entries to show the full company name - ION Facilities Management Group Ltd to allow us to see if the logo becomes too congested.

Maybe use different colours/shapes to show different parts of the ‘Group’
