$50 Logo contest for website & stationary

Hi,

I am looking for a logo for one of my customers. Its for a E-Store which is named StockVectorz.

One of my ideas is to focus on the Z of Vectorz, however this does not mean that i really want it that way. If you see Shirts there, its not necessary that you add a shirt to the logo. You are open to give your own creativity and talent to show what can be done.

I am giving a preview of the website, please make sure it is made to blend very well with the rest of the major colours which i think are:
Dark Grey(#1f1f1f)
Gold (#fac60e)
Background Blue (#6699ff)
Medium grey (#383838)

Note that I want the logo to look good on the BackGround blue for the website as well as for printing on white paper.




* I have the right to accept any winner & close this contest and at anytime.
* I will be looking for something really professional. The final decision will be given by my customer and thus i may be bound to continue this contest until the customer gets what he wants, or if he unsatisfied with any of the work, i may have to close this thread and look elswhere.

@Marko - simple, but i think its looking a bit too cartoonish... however i will show it to my customer once i have a few more.

 

edit: i'm an idiot, I spelled vectors with an S and not a Z. if you like the design though, i'll change it immediately.

@gomezfx - the font looks good, however the block writing of SV is not appealing at all. Can you change that into something better?
@barbarawy - looks like a semi web 2.0, very simple and font is pretty basic. More work needs to be done on the logo.
@shortbus408 - M8 nice effort, but i can hardly read "StockVectorz in the logo". Also, its so hard to see we logo on the website. Can you please increase the visibility of the logo and the words?

@marko - i think yours is looking the best so far, but cant tell how it would look on the website. can you position it on the website and show it to me?

Anyone else who wants to participate in the contest?

@RNHalwai - Nice Web 2.0 look. can you PM the logo on the Full website image so that i can pass this to the customer?
@Saves Th3 Day - Nice professional looking logo. I would like you to please put it on the FULL website image and PM it to me. Please also set it for stationary. i.e for printing on white paper. Ill send to the customer as an option.
@nabz - The logo is popping outside the blue box in the header, we do not want it to be that way. Whatever the logo is it, should remain within the box. Can you please redo and resumbit?

Guys, i am paying high for this logo and i definately want to be the best logo around. More designers are invited to post there creative logos.

Still want something to show where the Z is more focused. Also could someone post a logo with a Shirt and/or Cap.

@CnSGD - Not too appealing my friend, i must admit its a good effort but does not look to the standards. Maybe you could enhance it a little bit?
@Xavier - The star/circle with the gear sort of look does not match the business concept. May be you could replace that with a T shirt or a Cap and work on that?

Edit: in my last post i said "Also could someone post a logo with a Shirt and/or Cap." what i meant by that was that the logo could contain a Tshirt or a Cap, i dont want the Logo to be placed on a Tshirt/Cap.


So far i think Saves th3 day and RNHalawi and on the safe side, however the final decision is to be made by my customer from all the logos on this thread.
