DevilishBoy: Yes I am aware. It is definitely a draw back, but as far as I understand I am allowed to use it.
With about 15 hours left of the contest and hours of studying all your great contributions, I will try updating my preferred list. I will have to cut some great ones out, sorry about that, remember that I judge the logos primarily based on what fits my plans with the site and not just beauty, aesthetics, coolness or whatever. gfxpr0's newest version really nailed it, and I must admit my current favorite. waah: Your logo is great, the background not exactly what I am looking for (and I would actually prefer it without the 8). DevilishBoy: I am still considering your latest two versions. j0opre: I think the background makes it a little messy around the alien face, maybe you should try inverting it?

j0opre: Better, your green alien, however, still looks a bit messy. I guess it is the alien graphics itself then.. As it is now I would actually prefer it without it..
The winner is: gfxpr0 with his/her latest version Thank you all very much for contributing, the amount of quality logos were overwhelming, and I really had to study them all for quite some time before deciding. I really fell in love with gfxpr0's logo and I am very satisfied. In the end I was also considering the works of: crowquill j0opre DevilishBoy But I had to choose only one winner and I found the right one for my site. Thank you all!
