$50 Logo Contest for Slow Day At Work

shinan: You have the word day in your logo twice

scorpian: I like the way yours makes it feel droopy like a slow day at work feels.

Nitro: I like the fun idea you have going. I would possibly like to see a more cartoonish drawn character with a face and a different clock and maybe change the hours on the clock. A slow day to me doesn't feel like it starts until atleast 9:30

 

Here's another concept after viewing all the feedback you left on the board. I went with a more complex / illustrated logo this time rather than my first simplistic version.

sarsh: The way your logo grows makes it feel exciting rather than dull.

jaesusu: I like the turtle and the clock, but the font part of the logo just isn't working for me.

I must be missing some posts, I don't see crowquill's entry anywhere here. or was it secretly PMed to avoid copyright inspection from other designers to make sure it was not an infringement?

 

It was PMed, but you bring up a good point. I think if I do any more design contests in the future I will require them to be posted publicly.

 

I just want to thank Crowquill for pming me with the winning entry. Most don't have the good intentions that you do when it comes to contests & the pm systems (As you've also noted in your pm to me).
