$50 Logo Contest for Construction Company

    Usually I design my own logos but I am having a tough time coming up with a design for a client called WHITTEMORE CONSTRUCTION.

    Logo needs to look very professional yet simple. No cursive/script please!

    Something big and bold, with perhaps a house under construction as the image of the logo, or a 2x4, or house framing, something cool and unique.

    Thanks all! Sorry I cant pay more than $50, I'm doing the job for free as I promised them I would (DuH), so $50 is a lot for me.

    Do they have any current logo that they use that the new one should account for?
    Do they/ you have any color preferences?
    Are they just general contractors or do they specialize in anything?
