Sorry Yooozy. IMO the fonts styles are too conflicting. Colors too. I guess it's kind of busy. I think the school of thought on colors is that you should limit yourself to few unless it's the design is such that MANY colors are used... and then the use of color is statement on the design. All your guys look sad by the way, not a great idea! :)

Was the pic of the 2 people a canned graphic, or did you make it? Again solely IMO, canned graphics should often be avoided unless they are small and simple. (And do you own rights to use it?) Canned graphics have to be pretty nondescript. The dude in your logo stands out looking like a carpenter to me, so I'd think it should go with a carpentry site. If you're trying to get the effect that all people can make use of the site, and trying to relay this by showing different professions, you really need a big blend of professions to achieve that. Otherwise... it just looks like a carpenter graphic that doesn't fit on a survey site. Using many different recognizable professions would work well on a full page ad or TV commercial anyway, but doesn't work well in a logo. Again, this is in my opinion.

Without the graphic, the fonts are plain... doesn't convey entertaining.

FOR ALL: Not sure if you want to keep working at it, but I'll keep the contest open til Wednesday.... will check again a few times until then and share opinions for those who want to rework their submissions.

pyrole - Thanks for the attempt, but I don't think that's the right direction. Looks like an insurance commercial. :)

Mike - closer, but I still find the font weak.

Speno - very nice, very clean and pro looking. I think the Vibe part of the font might be tough to read when resized down though. Also the show people should be more non-descript instead of business looking. Good direction for sure though.

SB1234 - I like what you did in post #28 with the outline of the people. It's small, non descript, doesn't overpower the text. Better than your try on post #31 in my opinion. Font isn't my fav though.

Xavier - too many conflicting font styles, and the shadow people won't resize down be recognizable as people.

Jamess - I really like that submission. The people above the logo is just right. The font is somewhat weak though, would like something unique looking without just slapping on a weird font.

Remember - contest ending on Wednesday. Get your entries in now!

Wow, lots of great late entries.

Coolwanz, any chance you put a person behind each... make it a group of 9 or more instead of 5 shadow people?

Saros, I think I prefer the faces in your first attempt... just with more if somehow possible.
