Contest $50 Logo Contest - 48 HOUR - 2 WINNERS - Christmas Logo w/Background

I need a logo that states “Merry Christmas”, with a background behind the logo. This design will be used as a PowerPoint Background for churches. To clarify, here are some examples that I found that will give you an idea of what I’m looking for:

* Please do not copy these designs. Please use your own creativity.

Dimensions of Final:
Final design must be 1280x720 pixels (16:9 aspect ratio), as the final will be used as the title slide for a PowerPoint Background. Feel free to submit a preview for the contest that is smaller than this size.

Keep Main Design Elements in The Center:
Please keep the main design elements toward the middle of the screen, because many churches will crop the design down to 800x600 (4:3 aspect ratio). Anything on the far left or the far right of your design will be cut off.

Submissions:
Submissions must be posted for other contestants to see (no PM entries accepted). It’s a good idea to watermark your designs.

Background Images:
No stolen images. If you are using an image in your background, then I must be able to obtain permission or a license to use it (I will pay for the license, if needed). But I can NOT use any images that were simply taken from Google Images, etc.

Multiple Winners:
If there are 2 designs that I like, then I will name a second $50 winner. I reserve the right not to choose a second winner if there is not more than one design that I like.

Contest Duration:
Contest ends 48 hours from the time of this post. Designs posted after the deadline will not be considered.

Payment:
Payment will be sent via Paypal as soon as the files are received.

Deliverables:
Winning design MUST be a LAYERED PSD, AI or EPS file. Do not flatten or compress the layers. Must include a link to the source of any background images used. Please include fonts, if possible.

Ownership of Winning Design(s):
After payment is made, ownership and all rights to the logo/design become the sole property of Hyper Pixels Media. The intellectual property of those who do not win a prize will not be used or distributed now or at anytime in the future.

Hey Guys,

The designs look AMAZING... wonderful job... WOW!!! I'll try to give a little more specific direction when we get to the half-way point (with only 24-hours left). But, if you want to know what kind of design I'm looking for, be sure to check the examples again.

TWO REALLY BIG THINGS, THOUGH...

1. I'm trying to stay away from designs that include Santa Clause or Elves (can't use them). Pretty much anything else that's "Christmasy" (if that's a word) is okay. Designs that use a Manger Scene (Baby Jesus) are definitely OKAY!!!

2. ALSO, there is one NEW item in my list of "Directions for the Contest" listed above. Here it is again (because several of these designs don't follow it)...

For this reason, I can't select any entries that use main design elements that are far to the right or left (they will be cropped off). Try to keep your main design in the center.

 

OH, and listed above also... your designs final dimensions MUST BE 1280x720 pixels (16:9 aspect ratio). Thanks

A little feedback at the halfway point...

WOW, WOW, WOW... nice designs!!!
It's going to be hard to choose!

However, Muddy and Kain are the only two contestants who have submitted designs with the correct dimensions (1280x720). And, Muddy and Kain have submitted some beautiful designs!

The rest of you have submitted some beautiful designs, but I can't consider them until you resubmit them at the correct size, which is 1280x720 pixels.

There is still over 22-hours left in this competition, so you STILL HAVE TIME to submit another design(s)!!!
