I need a logo for a new ecommerce site selling industrial filtration equipment. The store is called Industrial Filter Store. (add .com to the name to see the default template which will be changed.) The logo should have those three words and possibly some type of symbol. I am pretty open to ideas, but would prefer a clean, modern, industrial-type look. Blue should be one of the main colors used and secondary colors could include white, grey, black, red or maybe others. I am hoping to end this auction within 3 days if I find something I like. Winner will receive $50 via paypal. Let me know if you have any questions or need any other input. Thanks in advance!
Thanks for the first entries! Pixobox: It is a good start and not a bad look, but I'm not crazy about the symbol because it looks too much like a fan. I don't want anyone thinking we sell industrial fans. The font's aren't bad, but the word "Industrial" looks too small and "Filter Store" looks too big and font isn't as great. I would probably rather have "Industrial Filter" look the same and and "Store" be a little different if that's the route you want to go. It also might be too much blue and/or a little plain. parijatmohor: Thanks for your entry, but it looks too similar to Pixobox's entry. I'm not a fan of the pinwheel symbol and the font / text isn't that great or creative. Let me know if you need any other feedback. Thanks again.
hitesh4373: Thanks for your entry and welcome to DP, but this is not what I'm looking for. Nothing about it really works for me, but thanks again and best of success.
Usually an industrial filter store have filters for industrial/food/medical equipment for example for water treatment, for food (wine) filtration and so on. Usually this kind of filter are presented in cartridges and as an advice it's not so nice to have an industrial filter as part of the logo but this is just my idea. (No, this is not copy and paste from wikipedia, I have two clients in italy that are in this kind of business.)
I don't want to put an actual filter in the logo. Just want to grab a feel from it. thanks for the tip
yogem: This is the most professional looking design so far. It might be a little wide for my taste, but it might work. The logo / symbol is really unique. I might re-purpose this for a couple micro-sites so the IFS mention is the only other thing making me hesitant about your logo. Nice design though. yogem: Your answer to Pixobox was spot on. I provide filter housings and filter elements (panel and cartridges) for air intake, compressed air, liquid, gas, coalescing, etc. The filtration equipment mostly removes solid particles from air, gas or liquid flows but can also remove moisture... or remove solids from liquids, etc. I also provide compressed air dryers and equipment related to filtration, so it's probably not best to include a filter as the symbol / logo as you suggested. ideosmil: Even though I just got done saying I don't want a filter in the logo, I kind of like the look of your logo / symbol. I like it better than the font for the text, but maybe try something else if you can think of it. Good design and thanks. Dakouten: I kind of like the look of this. The symbol isn't bad, but maybe play around with it. The text would look better maybe if it had each word on a separate line (three lines) and the font size was more equal for each word. visualskirmish: Sorry, but this isn't what I'm looking for. Thanks for your entry.
