The name of the company is "First Responder Grants". The company helps police departments get money from the US government.

The tagline for the company is "Your key to funding"

Hi, I'm just curious what kind of logo were you after? Something 2D and business like or 3D and polished? Might help some of us out if we know what kind of look you're after.

We will be using this logo on a website and some portion of it on business cards, etc... whatever you think would look good. Currently there is no preference for 2D or 3D as long as it would fit the normal items a logo would be used on. Please let me know if you need more information either here or a PM. Sorry for the vague answer but like I said there is no preference or anything as of yet.

The client is looking for something a bit more professional. It looks like you tried to capture all the ideas in there but looks a little awkard. Thank you for the entry though.

This is a little too plain, client is looking for a logo, possibly an icon with it so a person knows the company when they see it. Plain text with a couple of PS styles applied is not what we're looking for. Thanks though.

The icon looks a bit out of place on this, kind of like a smiley face. The font is not bad and the shading is good.

The text looks nice, we are looking for some type of logo\icon to go along with it that we can use to distinguish the company name. My only worry about this is I don't like having a background attached as it will make it tough to use in multiple areas, business card, stationary, website, etc...

The concept is good my only worry would be how we could incorporate this into a website, a business card, etc... I'm not sure the watermark would go with them. Maybe try a variation on it?

The font and colors of this are great along with the modern look. They would like to see a variation if possible on the icon, they're unsure of the bright green coming out on top but like that you incorporated the concept of the key and money in it.
