Logo should say "Pickup Mag" in large lettering and underneath in small lettering say "www.pickupmag.com"

Maximum height is about 100px and maximum width is about 500 px, though prefer a bit smaller.

Should have transparent edges and be light in color to fit over current background. Here is the background to test: http://rapidshare.com/files/396825270/background3.png.html

Should also be in .PSD format with layers.

Other than that, I don't have anything else in mind. I would prefer something kind of edgy.

Will announce winner the morning of June 10th in Eastern U.S. time.

Some feedback:

Really great work all around. Very impressed.

Thus far, I'm inclined to go with something along the lines of Ideosmil's entry. However, is there another type of logo that can replace the current dude? Something more feminine perhaps?

Really digging Dante777 and Spy100's logos. But the font design is leaving something lacking.

Stock photography and images are no problem. I should have mentioned that before.
