    It's really up to you guys but it's kinda unfair for everyone else who work on an original idea with such effort while others simply throw a copied artwork, plus it's a FREE vector where everybody easily get.

    It's a common thing in crowdsourcing , especially here in DP where there's no punishment for the offender. But hey it's the client want, let them have it.
    If anybody want to go that way ( using other people work ) then it's okay, we're all grown up.
    BUT i won't go that way :) for sure.

    Yea, after all the client wants it anyway, although it's not a unique logo, then so be it. Good to know that you won't go that way, because designer needs to think his reputation as well. At least from my point of view.

    Everyone, I agree with your comments. I even spoke to the client about it. He decided to go with that logo, not me. I am in the business to please my clients. The logo may be for free, but he did take the time to find it, change the color of it and integrate the text with it. I apologize if this contest made anyone angry, but remember I am just a middle man giving my clients what they are looking for. It was explained to him that the logo was created from a free vector shape online. He said he loved the logo and didn't care since he is only using it locally for his company and he hasn't seen the logo before.
