    I'm offering to build 50 (fifty) .info sites wordpress blogs ( your choice domain names, if available) will be hosted on a hosting account created for you only, I will pay the cost of hosting for the first year... all will be auto-growing
    Please allow at least 5 days for building it

    lets see what can I get for this service....

    I maybe interested, but could I also host the domain on my server? and registrate the domain by myself?

    I don't trust this personally. You paying the hosting for a year? Something doesn't add up.
