    Here's some more info for uploadit.org -
It has 219122 registered members and 6061 paid members.
I took a closer look at the Paypal sales and this month it has had 12 $9.95 sales, which is less than I thought. Last year it was getting $1500+/month is sales. The main reason for the drop is that I have not been emailing the expired memberships to get them to renew, and I have been doing anything to get the 219,122 free members to upgrade to paid accounts.

The buyer could also do a lot more with selling ads on teh site. I have some Google ads, but there are not as many ads as the shoudl be, and they are not keyword optimized.

www.Uploadit.org has a Google PR of 5 but I do not sell any text links, even though I should. The site is 100% automated and I do nothing to run it. Right now the site runs on 3 dedicated linux servers at hivelocity.net . The main site, database, and paid membership images are hosted on a $245/month server and the free images are hosted on 2 $125/month servers. But, all of this is overkill. It could easily be moved to 2 cheap servers. The problems is I do not moderate any of the images, so there is lots of porn images and high usage files (photos and songs) that use up bandwidth and server capacity. These could easily be deleted, making the site run on fewer servers.

I think hivelocity.net would let you take over my existing servers if you wanted to. You could then change it to run on cheaper servers after that. The site does not use a huge amount of bandwidth or disk space, and both could be cut down if you removed the high usage files.

If you re-read my post, I actually was not even offering stockquotealerts.com for sale. I was just giving it as an example of a site that uses the news feed from headlinenewsfeeds.com.

Stockquotealerts.com makes $10/month and I spend no time running it. It has 2449 registered users. It was custom programmed and has a great domain. The lowest I would sell it for is $500. It also has good income potential, because the Google ads are very high paying since "stocks" is a high paying keyword. I just don't get much trafffic to the site to take advantage of that.

In answer to some questions, all my sites are on standard Linux servers with no special setup. I do not run any Windows servers.

Yes, I own all the sites I listed for sale.
I do not have a BIN price for any of them. Just make an offer.

instanthelpdesk.net has a typical admin system where you can add/delete users and change info about their account.

pro-board.com runs Invision Power Board forum software so it is managed using the typical forum type admin system that gives you full control over everything on the site.

borgos, get me while I'm in a silly mood and announce as BIN any bid I make. :)

I appreciate the offer on GetBlogs.com, but the lowest I would sell if for is $15,000. I think the domain name alone is worth that. See recent sales prices of domains at http://www.dnjournal.com/domainsales.htm as an example.

Emphasizing on the Porn uploads, how did you manage to NOT get banned from google without reviewing the uploaded images? Google's TOS strictly prohibits such images and will ban the account owner immediately if seen.

    This is a serious threat.

Otherwise I am really interested in purchasing i-newswire.com. Please send me traffic details. Thnx

nikolaalx - I posted lots of additional info about i-newswire.com on this page: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=127462&page=3 . I don't have traffic stats.

As for porn images on imgspot.com, the Google ads are shown on the main imgspot site and after the user does an upload. The ads are not shown when the image is remotely loaded. The site gets millions of image views per day, but only around 13,000 Google ad impressions per day.

Eirc, any issues with the content on mindfake as far as copyrights etc? Have you ever been contacted to take any down?

Do you have problems with people hotlinking the content?

Why in the world is it only making $27/month? Seems like I remember this site was making big bucks back when you bought it. Or am I mistaken?

Dot Com is still king but when a dot com domain has a bit of value I find that other gTLDs and ccTLDs are all taken up. That's usually a bit of an indication. Getblogs has .org, .co.uk, .ca, and several others still available. Either there are some good domains up there for grabs or the value in getblogs.com is in all the great stuff you've got on it, the IBLs etc. Which, don't get me wrong, is all fantastic stuff and so I'll keep my offer open in case you change your mind.

    >> I have 2 bids ... for inewswire
I'll confirm my bid at $22 and a half. As I said, I'm in a silly mood today :)

Apart from press release site, blog directory, image uploads etc., some of the sites are more complicated than others. Would you set them up on the buyer's server if he needed that help?

Eric, is there any work that needs to be done for getblogs.com

Are there any blog submissions per day, and if so how much time do you spend in putting the links up?
