    I dont see how is that TOO low since it's a bit more than the site yearly income but ok, good luck with your sale anyway.

    I'm confused as to whether you're serious or not. I don't mean to offend you, but are you just toying with people or do you really believe that a PR7 site is worth $10,000 on PR alone? If so I'm rich. I have a PR7 site and several PR6 sites on accident...

    Yes, most pr 7 sites sell for $10,000 because of the income they can generate. But, even if GetBlogs.com had a PR of 0, it would still be worth at least $10,000 because it is a great domain name and has a huge amount of unique content.

    Keep in mind some sites are PR7 though link farming or buying links or using tactics Google does not allow, so they will have a lower PR next update. Getblogs.com and i-newswire.com have both been PR7 sites for over a year an dI do nothing to advertise or promote them.

    how much will you sell the jokes database for from xfunny.com?
    I am not interested in the price, just the DB.
    sont give me any 2,000 crap either.
    the database isnt worth that.
    you are WAY over-pricing every one of the sites, so please give me a realistic price.
    Thanks

    My suggestion to save everyone time is to reformat your post and change your stratagy on selling your sites.

    You should post them with some sort of starting bid or price, without that you are wasting your time IMO.

    I would agree with the other poster's that your suggested prices are not feasible ie. $$$$ for sites with 0 revenue.

    In either case good luck.

    I get that you own alot of sites and all, but did you sell any sites yet? I'm interested in your gaming sites, but $2/day or $0.31/day....how can you ask for over $100? The PR those sites have probably are only there because you crosslink from your other sites.

    Quit hitting on him, guys. He's got more money invested in sites that many of you will have in a lifetime. He's been buying sites for years and I've seen countless sale threads he's participated in - he must know one or two things about value and price.

    If you don't agree with him, fine, don't bid, go look elsewhere. I don't understand the urge to come and tell someone (who has spent several hundreds of thousands of dollars on buying websites) that he doesn't know how to price them. They are his sites, he can price them however he wants.

    That said, I make a placeholder bid of $20,000 for i-newswire.com (maybe I'm stupid too and don't know the value of sites ;)). Eric, please send me some info via PM, we'll take it out to email, and perhaps finalise via escrow.com.

    I may bid on one or two of your other sites -I've only just seen this thread and need to research them a bit - but I'd like to talk about stockquotealerts and getblogs too. (I would have PMed you but you're obviously getting a load of junk PMs and I didn't want to get lost in there)

    bobby9101 - make me an offer on the jokes database and on i-newswire.com. I-newswire.com uses custom built php/mysql script, and is easily managed using an admin system. Everything is 100% automated, but I have it setup so the reviews are manually reviewed before they are published on the site. This could be changed though so they are published instantly. All paid press releases are already published instantly, because it is assumed if the user is paying money that the press release is valid.

    Vgescape - No, I do not link to the video game cheat sites from any of my sites. That was my original plan, but I did not update the sites ever so they are not good enoguh for me to link to from Bored.com. That is why I want to sell them. They all have databases of 30,000 - 50,000 cheats so that makes them worth something.

    Here's a stats update:
    instanthelpdesk.net - It has 475 websites using the service.
    stockquotealerts.com - It has 2449 registered users.
    uploadit.org - has 219122 registered members and 6061 paid members.
    Also, 2 sites are fixed:
    imageranch.com - The image resizing was not working, but that is fixed now.
    iconusers.com - The database is now fixed so the site works now.

    Here's some more info on imgspot.com:
    When I bought imgspot.com 2 years ago, it used to be on 9 dedicated servers which was crazy. So, I eventually got it working on just 3 servers, and it could easily be changed to 2 servers if you moderated it more. I only delete the high usage images every few months, but it would be best to do that a few times a week.

    I have it setup so all new uploads go to http://img15.imgspot.com and that is on one server. That tends to have the most problem with high usage porn uploads. img14.imgspot.com is on another server, and imgspot.com and img2-img13.imgspot.com are all on a 3rd server. img14 could be put on this same server, I just never got around to it since I switched the uploads to go from img14 to img15.

    All 3 servers are $99/month each at hivelocity.net. I had huge problems with them 2 years ago when I first started using them, but they are great now.

    I assume I could move the 3 hivelocity.net servers to your billing account. If that can't be done, it would be very easy to move them to new servers, because 2 of the servers don't get any new uploads so the data never changes. For the 3rd server, I would have you setup a new server in your account and change uploads to go to img16.imgspot.com. You could then easily move img15.imgspot.com to one of the other 2 servers you already took over, since the data would never change on it.

    In the past week, the cpm rate with Google has gone down by 50%, so it is only making around $10/day, but this sometimes happens and usually the rate goes back up again. Also, by optimizing the keywords you could probably increase the rate, or maybe try using YPN. The current Google rate I am getting for the past week is 30-75 cents cpm.

    The income goes up and down. A few weeks ago it was makingdouble what it does now. I have never tried using YPN or any other ad network, plus I don't sell any text links and I don't optimize the keywords to try to increase income, so it has a lot of potential. Also, the buyer could put a lot mroe ads on it. I just have 1 banner ad on each page.

    More info on i-newswire.com -
    I spend no time running the site, although I pay somebody $300/month to run it for me. He would be happy to keep running it for you also. He logs in once or twice a day to approve the press releases and also answer emails. The main thing is I do nothing to promote the site, which is a shame. I don't link to it from Bored.com because it is not a Bored.com type site. It is on a dedicated server at servermatrix that costs $89/month (Super Celeron 1.7GHz) but it could easily be moved to a shared server since it uses very little bandwidth and disk space. I think you could also move the servermatrix server to your own Severmatrix billing account.

    i-newswire.com gets at least 1 paid sale a day. Below is detailed info:

    1. There are 12 people who have paid to be Premium members ($350 or $700 for 6 months). The last one was about 2 months ago. Many of these accounts are due for renewal, but I have not emailed the customers to ask if they want to renew. I just let their account keep working. Here's the expiration dates for the 13 accounts:
    // valid until Feb 2006
    // valid until Nov 2006
    // valid until July 2006
    // valid until June 2006
    // valid until Oct 2006
    // valid until June 2006
    // valid until January 31st 2007
    // valid until December 31st 2006
    // valid until December 31st 2006
    // valid until September 30th 2006
    // valid until January 2nd 2007
    // valid until December 31st 2006 - Only charge him $250 per year

    2. 2checkout.com had $1300 in sales since July 1st. Here's a list of recent sales:
    Number Date Customer Name Total
    2532484346 20-Aug-2006 $ 25.00

    2526531713 16-Aug-2006 $ 25.00
    2525727362 15-Aug-2006 $ 25.00
    2525486834 15-Aug-2006 $ 25.00

    3. Shareit.com had $325 in sales since July 1st:
