50 income producing sites for sale

I have over 50 sites I am interested in selling, not because I need the money, but because somebody else could take them over and make much more money from them than I do, so it is a waste for me to have them. I do virtually nothing to run them or market them, or even optimize ads on them. I do not sell text links on the sites, even though many have a high Google PR, and I do not do any direct ad sales. I mostly just stick Google ads on them. I do not spend any money advertising any of the sites, and I do not do any link trades or other promotion.

I run over 400 other sites, including Bored.com, and don't have time to spend on every site, so these are mostly sites that I have neglected. I do not have official asking prices for any of them, and am I happy keeping them since they require no work, but I will sell them if I get a good offer. I would also sell all the sites as a package. I don't have traffic stats for any of the sites, just ad impression stats. If you have any questions, please post them in the forum instead of PM'ing or emailing me.

Also, I would rather you make an offer based on the info I stated or on any questions you ask. Do not ask for proof of income or other types of verifications, until we have agreed on a price. I will be happy to provide you with any info you need before the sale, but I don't want to waste time on it unless I know we are ready to make a deal. Also, I will be happy to provide you with support and answer your questions after the sale.

Update: I am getting some ridiculously low offers, so let me state from the start I would not sell any of these sites for less than $200 and none of them for less than 12 times monthly revenue. Most are worth much more than that, since their value is in their potential and not how much I am currently making from them, but I just wanted to give some guidelines to stop the lowball offers.

http://www.playstationforum.com - Has only around 30 ad impressions per day because there are hardly any ads on the site at all. Makes $7/month from Google but pays $7cpm so if it got more traffic, it would be a big money maker. When Playstation 3 comes out in a few months, this site could get huge. Google PR = 4. http://www.vcheats.com - makes $25/month ($15 from Google and $10 from Casalemedia). Gets around 1000 ad impressions per day. Database has not been updated in the past 2 years. If it was updated, it would get more traffic. Google PR = 5. Estimated Price: $1000
http://www.gaming-cheats.com - makes 31 cents per month, 6 Google ad impressions per day. Google PR = 4. Estimated Price: $300
http://www.gamersetc.com - makes $2/month from Fastclick. 100 ad impressions per day. Google PR = 4. Estimated Price: $300
http://www.moved.in - makes $5/month from Google ads. Admin run site for free. Hosting is by invite only from existing members, so very little abuse. Google PR = 4. Estimated Price: $3000
http://www.pro-board.com - hosts over 3000 boards with 20,000 members. Makes $20/month from Google, 6000 ad impressions per day. Google PR = 4. Estimated Price: $4000

In regards to GetBlogs.com and i-newswire.com, both are Google PR 7 sites, and PR 7 sites are always worth at least $10,000 aside from any content they have or income they make.

WiredHotels.com is worth a lot more than just the income it makas. It is totally unique content that no other site has, plus the domain alone without any content is worth well over $1000.

Rapforums.com is worth several thousand dollars, just for the great domain, plus it is a very active forum.

pimpedmedia.com is Google PR 6, which makes it worth several thousand dollars just for that, aside from all the content and traffic it has.

Thelushed.com is PR 4 and has some content, so it is worth more than $100.
