I need a header (NO flash) for an experience day / adventure day related website. The main colors are #e07e0e, #656462 and some #ff9900. Header should have: logo (related on gifts) site name "GiftsWonderful" slogan "something different to give" navigation bar (for a few text links and the single line search form) width 900 pixel height between 150 and 200 pixel (including the nav bar) Please post your design entries below. The winner of this competion will deliver an unlocked PSD, so that I can make any necessary changes myself. IMPORTANT! Work must be 100% unique and the designer needs to have copyrights to all elements used in the design. In the case I don't like any of the designs, I am not obliged to choose a contest winner. ZinniDoll I like the font from "GiftsWonderful" with the white border. Please no pictures behind the orange rectangle (I don't like hidden photos). The rectangle please without rounded border. Tip It is not absolutly neseccary to use photos in the design. When you use photos, please don't forget woman typical events. Please reduce the height of the navigation bar to max 30 px and to the color #e07e0e (or something that match). I dislike the orange-colored pictures. The nav bar should stick out, perhaps in #e07e0e or #ff9900? As well reduce the height to max 30 px.
the height is 200 and the navbar height is 30 I removed the tag line but didn't know if you wanted the logo larger or higher, please let me know I included women in the photos as well thanks
ZinniDoll I prefer the first version (#10) with the navigation from the second one (#13). Please change / add woman related theme. Please change the border color to one color #e07e0e. Please make the border smaller at the top, left and right hand site (3 – 5 pixel). No border at the bottom. Gladiatus The nav bar of the second one (#17) has the correct height. I like more the look of your first entry (#11), I only dislike the two pics on the left site (diver and fisher). Can you please make a combination? (Please replace the two pics from the first version. Add the nav bar from the second and change the color to #e07e0e.) Chewysmom From your entries I like best the one in the middle (#14 = 244cdpl.png). The size of the logo is perfect. I only need some more space for the domain name (the proposed domain name is longer). Perhaps you can change the direction of the wave? Or another idea, move the logo and URL to the top? As height I get shown 211 pixel. I guess the reason is, the arrow at "home". Please remove this as well. thepunnisher87 From your entries I like the second. Can you please change the pic of the flying motor-bike artist. I believe this is a little to much for a one day adventure. Please remove the red bow.
