Contest $50 Header/footer contest

    Here is my site: http://cleanmyfurnace.com

    I want to change out the header and create a matching footer. Show my your best work, and I will pick a winner by Monday night 10pm CST.

    The site primarily promotes our $99 duct cleaning service and our $65 furnace cleaning service, but we also do dryer vent and chimney cleaning. Additionally, we install heating and cooling equipment, but that's not the primary focus of this site. We don't have a logo, so you will need to come up with something on your own. I like the blue/gray mix, so I would like to keep those colors.

    I need our 4 contact numbers worked into your header design.
    If you need me to change either the green in the sidebar or the gold color in the three center boxes to match your design, I have no problem doing that.
