    Website: http://tiny.cc/DVTkV
    Prize: 50USD
Payment: Paypal I will post winner here and we will arrange payment
Length: No exact time, but I will announce a winner right away. Min. of 2 days with a max of 7(honestly from other postings here I expect 3 maybe 4 day length)

    Specs: width: 950
height: Any height Current is 200, I wouldnt mind smaller, but I really do not want it too much higher.

The header is to contain a logo of your design(the logo is the most important part)

    1. I would like the words "Chicago Electronic Cigarettes" in it as opposed to Chicago E-Cigs
    2. No pictures of real cigarettes in it.
    3. Colors: Blue has been a theme color, I would like to keep that as you can see from around the rest of the design. You do not have to go blue crazy, just keep in mind how yours will look(im going to fashion your examples pasted over a screen shot of mine to get a good idea of how it works)
4(optional). Something representing the city of chicago would be nice. What exactly? I do not know, you choose. But not required.
5(optional). Some ideas to highlight(Can be smoked anywhere, Tobacco Free only nicotine, Cheaper than cigarettes, Carcinogen free, Free Shipping, 30-day Money Back) You can use all, none, some, make your own. If you put something I dont like I will just ask to change it.

I really can not give more details. I very much lack the creative part of the brain as I always have and am finally getting around to doing this.

Lastly, a few minutes of research(10-15 minutes) on ecigs should give you an idea of what they are about. But basicly they are an alternative to cigarettes. So keep that in mind please :)

I will give opinions on work done a couple of times a day, mainly if its a close candidate and its a small change, I wont say anything negative. Only if its really off from what I would like there.

Thanks and remember to protect your work :)

Thank you everyone for doing a great job. I really liked and was impressed by them all. I have to cut this shorter than expected because I am going to be out the next 2 days and not on very much at all. I also got really backed up today so I was not able to give the comments I wanted to give. So my apologizes.

    Winner: Technoguy

Thank you everyone again. This was my first contest I did and it turned out a much better experience than when I have contracted a single designer for past projects.
