Buying $50 for working html5 multiple upload form

Hi,

I'm looking for someone that can create me the following script.

Upload script that can use drag&drop but also click to select multiple files to upload
After select upload will begin directly without clicking any extra 'submit' button.
Every file is uploaded seperatly
Every file that is being uploaded has a preview (thumbnail) that will fade from 0 to 100 and give the percent of progress on the image (in progress bar/percent) (gallery style)
User can add more files to be uploaded while other files are uploading (queue)

If you think you are up for the job, without using existing plugins (you may use the jQuery library but i prefer javascript only) send me a PM and lets do business!
