Contest $50 for winner - Custom Illustration/Vector/Mascot drawing logo

Hi everyone,

This contest is for $50 for the winner.
I am looking for a very custom image. It has to be high resolution because it will be expanded for a large T-shirt - so vector based is best.

There are several elements to this - a "mascot" type character, with text next to it

Here is the information:

I would like the "character" to be a battery - so a battery with a face. This battery is supposed to be 'hispanic' overall...in fact, it's supposed to be like someone from Puerto Rico.

Can be similar or skinnier/thinner - up to you.

Then next, the battery is supposed to of course have a face, and it is supposed to wear a hat - a sombrero:

As shoes, I would like the battery to be looking like it is running, with Nike style shoes like this:

ALSO - please include on some part the flag of puerto rico - or part of the design of flag of puerto rico - best probably to do this on the Sombrero hat:

-- Please let me know if you have any questions, but basically to summarize: a battery, with a face, wearing a sombrero hat that has design of puerto rico flag, and a gold money chain, with Nike style sneakers/shoes - running.

And under this, in smaller letters: "Puerto Rico 2010"
