(Use a header size that accommodates the most common monitor sizes.) It also needs a unique PayPal payment button that includes the price ($39.99) and indicates that the payment is secure (like the "padlock" in the current PayPal button). The design is completely wide open. You can be as creative as you like. Show off what you can do! I've seen many amazing designs in this forum by incredibly talented designers.
