I've got 1 video (WMV format - 3 min long - resolution 320x240 or less with same aspect ratio) which I'd like to use as ads via google adwords. I need someone who can help me convert the WMV into FLV or some other format that can be displayed via google adwords. The file should play either automatically or by mouse hovering over it. The job is to provide complete guidelines on how you did it, so I can replicate the procedure for more videos. You will use your own adwords account to demonstrate and your own website.
