[$50] DVD case image and DVD disc image contest

    I need some images created one image will be used as a DVD case insert. And I need another image created which will be printed on the DVD disc. Below are the dimensions that I need created. The spine should say "Bartender Audio Memorization System"

    I like this design for the DVD case cover and the image printed on the DVD disc. I am looking for someone to re-create these designs. Please only submit designs that closely resemble the image below and use the same colors.

    The back of the DVD case should display the contents of the disk. Below is what I would like the back of the DVD case to read.
