$50 donation made but no custom user title ?!?!

This is not a new issue at all.

If you browse back inside this forum or use the search facility at the top you will find many complaints of people donating and not receving opportunely the promised credit of title change.

I couldn't opine on the reason why as I'm only a few-months old member and ignore how problem started.

Wow I didn't know Shawn was such a.. scammer! Ok, he might be busy.. but he could give the moderators the power to give people custom titles right? And how long would it take to activate custom titles for a person? 3 minutes?

Shawn is just to lazy to bother, he gets cash from this forum and he is happy... looks like he couldn't care less about the members here.

 

Have you seen Shawn's iTrader recently...
He is very busy mind... it's hard work making all that money!

Fair enough, the knowledge you can gain from this forum is fantastic, but not everybody pays their way - in my opinion it's very disrespectful to not even acknowledge your helpful gesture, even if it was for a small amount. I was wondering when mine would get activated - but since I just seen this thread, that wonder has now wandered.

 

So then they would have donated and then be banned for the iTrade... Nice

There was a time when it worth giving Donations to DP, now DP is earning more then it required to keep servers up, its earning huge profits, so its worth NO MORE to give donation....

 

People use DP everyday, a little donation is like a small thank you.

 

If thats the case they shouldn't offer what they offer. If they offer it they should give it.

 

You are absolutely right. This donation idea was probably taken from the hosting forum I belonged too, place in which this forum was announced when it was launched four years ago, but that service always honored people who donated with no exceptions or missing credit where credit was due.

If you can't even get a thank you, why even bother donating?

 

If you won't even donate money for the server and the bandwidth that you eat everyday, especially with those 561 posts of yours then why even bother using the forum? and criticizing how it's runned.

 

I'm surprised this thread hasn't been locked - mods usually get 'em locked up within minutes. If they ain't reading this, then there's no chance Shawn ever will.
