$50 Design Comp – Simple Signup Page 75% of Work Done

Competition: $50 design Contest (Just design – no code)
Prize: $50 to be paid by Paypal
Competition End Date: Monday 26th July at 12:00 GMT
Important: A winner will be selected and paid even if i don't get what i'm after.

I would like to have a sign up page designed (just the middle part) as the heading and rest of the page is designed. This is just a design ONLY contest – you do not need to code anything.

This is the header and right hand side we would like you to use – you just need to have a nice bit of well presented text before and then the standard signup page.

The Stratfor example of memberships (monthly, quarterly and yearly will need to be changed to: Quarterly, Semi Annually and yearly.
Also I would like a Promotional code box below – and also a total box which will obviously have the final charge in.

We are obviously looking for a different design to the one listed – but something smart, and professional is what we’re after.

Thanks for all of your entries.
I’ve noticed that no-one has put in the promotion box under the payment plans – which is “Essential” and no design without this box will win.
Also the top part with the payment options should not be big – just standard size and if anything should stand out it should be the 1 year option – as this represents the best saving to members.

Here’s some feedback:

Biruhato – I like what you have done with the lower part of the design – it’s neat and simple – but there is no promotion code box – that should be underneath the payment options – also having the payment options in a box doesn’t look right.
But everything from Member Information down is great.

Areol – It’s interesting – but the payment options should not be big – or stand out – just small and neat – also if any of them are to be emphasised it should be the 1 year option as that represents the best saving to subscribers.

Podmatrix – again the top part just doesn’t work – the sign up options should be small and simple – definitely not hilited.
The rest of the design is fairly neat – although I’m not keen on the ticks and crosses.

Bodil4o – The top part is nice and neat – but it’s just too much. Also it seems quite busy with the different fields being so close to eachother – maybe space them out a bit and center things.

Malditah – Sorry – but it’s all too small and busy – not the impression I’m looking to create. I do like the secure order box though – very nice.

Crosshair – This is nice – but the boxes are just too big – I do like what you have done with the best value for the annual subscription. There will need to be a promotion code under the payment plans and a total charge box.
Also I would like all of the text to be a bit bigger – but I think this is a really neat design – professional, clean and just the sort of image we like to portray.

Narutoroot – I like the layout of the subscription plans – but the photo really isn’t necessary – I think the top part is also missing something else. The other part of the layout is quite neat – but the top really does need work – but your idea is right.

I have a form submission design under construction, I will be posting soon some - descent layouts already entered, I had noticed the promo box had been missing as well, and was going to ask where you wanted to see it exactly, I also wondered about the quarterly; semi-annually; yearly; cause I thought those were 90 days; 180 days; and 365days; or 3months; 6months; 12months; but I guess concepts can be edited in detail

That is interesting about the Members Option, wanting them to be small or standard size (I figure that means the size of the form font) However recent web interaction shows users want big, bold, and well spaced (lots of white space) has been what goes - it gets users to interact, and no matter how much they want it users need to be prompted to interact - most will be coming here via an i-phone or laptop 1024x768 or even some other mobile device and small doesn't translate well - but your the CH and know your customer - I do agree with the emphasis on the yearly -

Thanks for the other entries guys – here’s some feedback.

MakZF – This is a nice clean and neat design – the top part with the membership payment options is nice and professional looking – but it is missing something.
I like how you have put the promotional code down at the bottom as well.
I really am quite impressed with this – it just needs tightening up a little.

Knique – This is the right idea – but it’s just too large – also the payment options are too large. Maybe if you could move a promotional code box to the bottom.

Spackle123 – This is a great design – the layout and structure for the information is very nice – the top part with the options isn’t right though. You also need to add a promotional code box under the credit card info.

This is wide open guys. Looking forward to seeing more designs.

Semi-Annual: $299.70 ($49.95 per month)
