    jeda - LOVE the text, it looks very clean and modern. Can you do something else for the icon? Would like to see something representing a dentist (tooth, brush, smile, etc) to go along with the text.

    FlatDesign - Really like the 2nd design (teal with the ribbon effect tooth). Could you place "DDS" under "Alexander" OR fit "General & Costmetic Dentistry" somewhere on the 2nd design?

    l3fty - Can you remove that little line at the bottom of the tooth? The little blue line connecting the bottom, it looks out of place.

    jamess - Can you please fix "DDC" to "DDS".

    rawasia - First one (http://i39.tinypic.com/11t8pll.gif), nice design, no changes. Second one (http://i43.tinypic.com/14t8sua.gif), don't like the smiling tooth.

    creative-rascal - Would prefer to see a toned down icon and something that can represent a dentist.
