$50 contest - stamp image

i need a stamp like image created.
i don;t mean a stamp you see on a letter but a passport type stamp.

if you take a look at travelrepublic.co.uk there is a big advert on the right side of the page. Included in this image is a small circle grantee stamp.
This is the type of thing im looking for.

I dont mind if the stamp is in a square, circle, any shape really.
Need the words to be bold and stand out.

image should be 210(width)x133(height)px

Most of shapes were already submitted, tried this shape. I guess am the only one to follow size guidelines. BTW colors are customizable. Feedbacks welcomed.

can you rotate it to the right? and also add a very light dropshadow? or something like that

Hi, here's my entry:

Converted to photoshop brush:


It has been converted to photoshop brush so you can really just stamp on any image to get the effect.

Feedbacks are welcomed.
