$50 via paypal for the winner of the contest. The rights must be transferred upon payment. This must be original intellectual property.

2. New logo: Real Estate related. Data exchange related.
2b. Fresh, inviting, simple.
2c. Consider(not required): the empty space in-between "E X" a house.
3. Design files (PSD, etc) MUST be provided
4. FAVICON: a complementary/matching favicon is required but can be created AFTER a designer has been selected as the winner.
5. Consider adding Arizona (USA, AZ) theme to the design.
