50 Clicks In Adwords Data But 200 Clicks Reported In Network. Why The Discrepancies?

I ran a CPM placement targeted campaign through Google Adwords and saw some discrepancies between their data and the one shown in my affiliate network.

Adwords shows that the ads have 50 clicks, but the report in my affiliate network shows that I have almost 200 clicks.

    Why such a big difference?

What time period are you looking over?

AdWords does not sure data in real time there is a time lag, therefore if your affiliate network is recording activity in real time there is your answer

Well, there are a couple of campaigns that I paused a week ago and the end result is about the same.

All campaigns was done by placement targeting in Adwords Content Network.

At least 100% more clicks are reported in the affiliate network data, Pepperjamnetwork.

Is the extra clicks recorded in the affiliate network due to Google bot/spider or maybe click fraud that is dismissed by Adwords?
