    Schueis Nice work.
Not sure I like the font in the Icon pics. Its ok but maybe a little thin or something. Not sure. The font is almost right in the icon pic though, but not quite.

    Hazard.
Not too bad. But the colour is a bit washed out looking. Not so keen on that green or black lettering.

Everyone, I need the wording and logo to be bold, striking and reasonably memorable because there are so many companies in this sector and it is bloody hard to stand out. They tend to be dull and boring, so we cant be.

I need a 'now' look and without the traditional icons that everyone uses. Blocks etc may be a bit over done to be honest.

    Sahil72.
There is something I like about this but cant pick it.
The icon may be a bit too big compared to the wording?
And I like the way you have created the AW out of the icon squares, but it may be a bit subtle that it actually is an AW. Can you revise it so it looks more like an AW ?

    XXX.
Nice version. Id like more than just one colour in the logo though as it looks a bit dull all the same.
The AW icon is quite cool and nice and clean. Maybe 4 options could work with it, whichever you feel will look best....
    1. If the 'A' was also a bit more iconish (is that a word?) to fit with the W icon pic. or..
    2. the W icon pic has both an 'A' and a 'W' in it. How would it look on its own without the extra A in front.
    3. Also may be worth considering if you use the W icon bit, how to make the 'A' stand out a bit more within it so it doesnt look just like a W.
    4. Integrate the icons into the AssetWise lettering so the A in Asset is an Icon and the W in Wise is the other one. (the A would be a similar styled icon to the W)

    Aderain.
Looks good. But I think if the Asset and the Wise are to be different colours Id prefer them being the same 'fatness' in font. Possibly even a different font... clean and up-to-date looking needed.

    Panic
Not really clean enough. The colours are a bit too washed out and it looks a little wishwashy for what we need. Need it to be clean and modern and memorable.

    Chemicalinck
Colours are a bit to drab and I dont want black in the font. Tagline is probably too small for when on business cards etc.
I apologize if you designed them yourself, but the icons are a little clipart looking for my taste.

By the way, the logo design does not necessarily need to have a a separate icon/logo picture.

It can be simply some stylish lettering or have some funky icon pic integrated into the word AssetWise.

Im looking for clean, fresh and up to date looking. Not clipart styles. Original and easily recognizable.

Lets face it.... from our potential clients perspective, "financial planning, insurance, mortgages or investment properties" is generally considered a bloody dull industry and topic. So the logo and name needs to stand out from the manky crowd we run with :D

I like the general feel but the font still doesn't grab me. Could you try a some other fonts ans Im sure they will change the feel.

    Anasone
Nice and simple but just a bit to boring. Its too much like a financial planning business (which we are :) ) but we dont want to seem the normal boring and stuffy planners (because we're not! :p )
Needs more colour and less traditional look.

    Gorgon
Nice touch with the use of the dot on the i as part of the .co.nz
And a thoughtful AW logo pic, but its not really the look Im after. Not realy strong enough and the colours are a bit light hearted looking somehow.

    Hazard
Nice strong entry this time. Nice different way to use the 'blocks' by splitting the letters. I think Id prefer it if each block wasnt so high (giving rectangular rather than square blocks), but the letters remaining the same height. That would keep the overall look slimmer.
Could you try a couple of different font options too please?. Maybe some more unusual fonts (the font you used in the top option is an example of a less common font, so what else would look funky and a bit different?)
And just a thought, but I wondered if it might look good if the top box of the W was somehow offset of slightly lifted off and angled to the side. It may look crap, but just a thought.

    M3l1ssh4
Not too keen on the lightning bolt Im afraid as a friends business uses one in his logo.
I like the idea of a more 'out there' font, but not that one. Bit 'saw tooth' in appearance.

    manzanvil
Its got potential. Looks a bit unbalanced with the A appearing smaller than the W. Maybe reduce the W a bit or make the A bigger, or both?
Dont like the ball or globe logo though. Yours is a slightly different version but the overall concept of the old globe thing is pretty well used and I want to avoid.

    zyndtel
LOL... Where I come from when you 'pass' something it's often referring to having a dump, a crap, a poo, or similar... so when you say You'll "pass an entry" it doesnt give me much hope of a good logo
