Contest $50 Bubble Cartoon Character Logo Drawing

I need a bubble cartoon character cleaning lady drawn and illustrated. She will have a green collared shirt with 2 buttons, khaki shorts, clothes must fit bubble perfectly. The arms & legs must be stick like, with white gloves & high heel shoes (refer to Minnie mouse) Her hair should be a black ponytail with green cartoon like eyes. The right hand should be raised as if she were cleaning with a feather duster.
