This is one of the more reputable IBL services with excellent customer service. Before completion of our first SEO campaign we have seen significant improvements in our SERPS for targetted keywords. They may take a little time (up to 3 hours) to respond to email requests but overall the service is excellent. Definitely worth the price!

 

Total rubbish, have spent the best part of 2 weeks trying to get a question answered, simply splitting a package in half, they did reply once but now just spam me with sales pitch emails and links to buy their full packages, totally ignoring my initial question.

If this is how they behave before getting my money i hate to think how they behave after they have it.

Dave, sorry for the inconvenience. You just received our special offer emails, but we understood your request and your needs with us and we are happy to do that for you. Also, sometimes we receive quite many emails to our sales department and may reply with delays. However, our link building department works separately from sales and it doesn't have any issues. We always complete all orders in time and even beforehand.

I purchased the link building package from ForumLinkBuilding.com and have been happy with the results. It was only a little over a month ago that I ordered the package to link to a new part of our database. I checked yesterday Google Webmaster Tools and many of the links do show up in the links section. Also I noticed my new pages have already acquired a google PR and starting to show up on in the upper half of he first page of the SERPS. I guess I could have waited months for this results and a lot of hit and miss on link building, but I just got in done right away instead. -

This is really a shame. I was almost ready to contact this company after viewing the website and several good references here on this forum apparently from current and past clients. I really wanted to use this service on my site. Then after reading through numerous other threads I can no longer tell if this is just a case of a bunch of SEO "experts" trying to bash one another to get clients or if something is really wrong. I do think there sounds to be entirely too many instances of "didnt you receive our PMs?" and "We never heard from you and never received a PM response from you".
There likely is nothing wrong with the PM system here and it doesnt take any brains
to know how to use it.

I also don't understand who is that guy. I believe that's just one of our competitors because he doesn't reply to any PMs. And I have got no idea what's his email address since he didn't post it anywhere. We've got hundreds of clients and all successfully communicate with us via email and PM system, except this guy. This makes me think he's not our client at all.

He has very little number of posts - just one actually, so it may seem not real, but in fact it is. (If we tried to post fake testimonials here, we would be banned by DP since they can track that by IP address very easily.) Anyway, I'll ask Robert (that's his name) to post his personal contact address for you to be able to contact him and see he's real. Feel free to PM him, I think he won't mind to reply to you.

 

So i bought a small package, thank god it didnt cost too much. Out of 300 links, 60 have been removed, i was told these would be replaced and i would get new reports.

15 days later no reply to numerous emails and no replaced links, no report for my free directory submissions etc. Yet they keep spamming my email with offers for new packages.

Total junk, the sites they posted my links on were mostly free, dead, and/or unrelated forums - 75% on subdomains on the free forum host yuku.

So 75% on the same domain, great for SEO yeah?

Total crap, waste of time and money.

I think the threads Ive read contain too much chaos and too many excuses.
Business transactions are fundamentally simple. Payment for product/services rendered.
When things get repeatedly protracted and complicated its a bad signal.

I tired your service - although you completed the small order it took about 10 months! I had to constantly email you guys for a report and had to deal with a completely different person from who took my order. She kept sending me the same report time and time again too. I was not happy and never will return. Now after a little research I can do 100% better myself I've realised. You have to build links at a steady pace not a dead pace and that’s what you were doing 'a dead pace'. Not worth it at all. No wonder you gaurentee links for a year, you take nearly a year to build them!
