They have clearly mentioned that not only social networking sites are doing well on net but the photo sharing sites are also in the focus of people.

So I want to know whether participating in photo sharing sites will be beneficial for a site's popularity as per the SEO ?

 

as u said that many social networking sites are doing well............if ur site is an shopping or product based site then there will be a chance of beneficial in particpating in social networking sites..........and photo sharing sites means u need to hve separate page like gallery so dat by keeping images u can get some traffic and it might to beneficial to ur sites.............,
