$50 Basic Design Contest

Hey guys I want my site to be redesigned (color and stuff). I have a designer working on the site right now, so it just needs to be how it would look and I can tell him to make my site accordingly.

Ok basically what I want is:

Remember doesn't have to look just like this or even similar but things that I need:
On homepage:
- 1 scroll bar for Pads
- 1 for creators
- Top Part (with write pad and stuff)
- Need to get started now stuff (change it up how it looks, that was a print screen from squidoo, but gives idea)
- Put a spot where I can put text. I want a bit of a darker color, but if you can make it look good with light color that would be great. I don't want google ads on here unless you can find a good spot for it.

On Pads Page:
- I need at least ad spots for: 2 - 300x250, 1 - 250 x 200 (this one I want 6 -120 x 60 links inside it with 10 pixels of space in between: check this: http://padcraze.com/page.php?page=1 (on left)).
- I need also another Ad spot for Ebay Ad + Google Side Ad (you can pick sizes 250 x 250 or 300 x 250, depending on how you make site).
- I also need room for the Related Pads and the Other by this Pad Creator.
- I also need the rating system, favorite, and sharealink spots.
- I need google ads on top/bottom, need the top logo thing and search bar, I need those tabs as seen on: http://padcraze.com/page.php?page=1 (Pad Creator information etc, make it look good). The bottom bar with Contact Us, etc/google ads on bottom you can change to make it look good.

There are two basic pages I need finished.

Site is going to be similar to squidoo, so I don't want it to look just like it but I am taking some ideas from it.

I will pick one ASAP, so please give me your designs and I will pay person with best design. I want Pad to look like homepage, but if I find 1 good pad and 1 good homepage I will split winnings: $25 and $25.
