got a good laugh thanks to you kbeus21... do you have any idea how much 1 good relevant backlink costs or how hard it is to get?? i'm not talking about free directories or forums or answers.. i'm talking about a backlink from a similar respected site (meaning high ranking).. I have about 10 subscribers right now that pay me anywhere from $50 a month to $100 a month for a text link from one of my PR5 sites.. that's one link.. and it helps them tremendously as they move way up on google for the search term they use on my sites.. random links are easier to get and should be less expensive, but are still worth something - not just $5 for 50 - unless maybe the 50 links are inner pages for the same site.. but if they are 50 different sites and not link farm sites, then $25 is fine to pay even if they are PR0...
