    I need 50 SEO optimised articles for several websittes

    They will be 300 to 350 words each related to the fitness niche.
    Each article will have a title, 1 to 2 links.

    Must be provide seperately in Microsoft Word, ready to be uploaded directly to wordpress.

    A .xls sheet in Google docs to be provided which will have the title of the article and the link anchor text used. The intention is to make sure the 5 to 10 targeted keywords are spread evenly across all articles.

    Must be copyscape free (I will check and so must you), Grammar, spelling, etc must be US English.
