Contest $50 App Background Design / Animation

Hello,

We're looking for someone to design and (if you are able to) animate a background for an app. It is for a smart travel app. We want the background to have a intelligent/hacker/modern look. I added an example. You should use the same color palette.

The animation is optional. YOU CAN enter if you don't know how to animate. But it will definitely give you an edge as we won't need to imagine how it would look like. However, if you cannot animate but excel in design, feel free to enter and just describe to us how the animation would work.

The animation should be something smooth, cool, and not very distracting. It should give people the wow factor without distracting them from the rest of the UI. This will be the background for the app, so the UI will be placed over it.

You can also animate this background that I attached, but you'll probably need to recreate it and make it bigger. I can provide a better quality image of the file attached.

Some ideas that I had was a similar design to this, and a globe slowly spinning with these paths slowly lighting up and fading away, and small airplaines flying along the paths every now and then.

Or another idea was to take this exact design and have the paths move (without the airplanes). This of the lines and geometric shapes as rubber bands attached to a nail. When it moves it stretches parts around it, but parts further away don't get impacted.

Other ideas are definitely welcome! Think of something unique, yet simple and beautiful that you'd iike to see when you open a "smart" travel app.

I meant to say "Think of the paths as lines that are like rubber bands attached to nails. When an area or a point moves, it drags the geometric shape, expanding it or contracting it. But further out the parts don't move." It would be like a relaxing movement. However, I'm not sure how good that would look in reality and it may be difficult to program.

As far as resolution, all the elements need to be able extracted seperately and scalable. However, you can use gif to present it and use the latest smartphone resolution.
