Contest $50(+20$) Wallpaper website design

For this website http://tinyurl.com/3bbpr9s, im looking for a design in the same colors as the logo (red/white/black).
This will be a wallpaper site for the ipad. Incombination with rss titles from other websites about ipad news.

Requirements:
- Header section

- Login place (register + forget password) when logged in -> Upload wallpaper, Profile, logout (maybe more?)
- logo (ofcourse)​

- Wallpaper section( with rating 5 stars )

add everything you like, to make the website as unique as possible (it need to look unique, not like all other wallpaper sites)

- PSD Only (if you can slice it to html+css let me know i wall pay some extra)

What I Like,
- Wallpaper view with stars is perfect.
- Footer is large (thats good)
- Menu style
- logo under the menu looks good (but the background etc are to empty)

What i dont like:
- Font that is used, is this a normal web font ?
- page setup ( 1 ,2,3,4 next last)
- I prefer the login box in the header or something
- the little add boxes (better to have 1 banner as advert, google supports only 3 banners of them on 1 page)
- im missing a place for headlines of news from other ipad websites

Overall the style is ok, but the design doesn't look finished

Dear,

Its already looking better!, some more points : the boxes are to straight incombination with the menu with the round corners (I Like the menu with the login)
When you colapse that menu that you have right now, there will be an empty gap. Also in the menu i see "our scent" and im missing some menu's.

And i still mis the news headlines from otherwebsites.
