Contest $50-$150 - Simple Game graphics work

I need some graphics improved for a soon to be released flash game.

Here are example screenshots of the images that need to be improved:

This will need new background art and game title art as well as all the menu buttons. The background art does not have to follow what is currently there but the dimensions do.

all the menu icons and buttons need to be improved.

level selection:

improve the art for the crouching soldier.

Depending on quality of the winners submission will depend on how much I pay and I will pay you fairly, I'm not cheap check out my latest threads for similar requests.

Also If you would like to just submit menu art, background art or etc please send it because I might buy different pieces from different artists.
