50-150 $ Job - Need wordpress theme designer

    i need wordpress theme designer.
    i will let him know what are my requirements.
    i already have selected the core theme.
    you only have to add graphics and done some tich-pich on that theme.
    so basically i am looking for some one who can introduce graphics in to that theme.

    please show me if you have done any previous work. This will help a lot.

    and remember that i cannot pay by paypal.
