    This is a well designed and marketable site. You could sell anything educational, health, fast consumer goods et cetera.

    I am getting busy with a journal that I edit so I cant manage this site any more.

    what makes it that expensive, alex seems very low which means vey low traffic, $7000 because is listed in DMOZ?

    A lot of SEO work has gone into this site. if you search for ethnobotany, ethnobiology which are top keywords, you will notice that this site trumps Universities offering courses in the same name! That coupled with age and the listing in DMOZ is worth that much if not more.
    Over at DMOZ there are people pulling their hairs to get listed:) It remains PR3 for luck of regular fresh content, this site needs 100 profile / forum links, regular fresh content and is guaranteed to hit PR4/5/6.

    If there are no takers, i am happy to keep the site.
