    to be approved automatically just add Your website, then place a link back on Your website - click on it. Once script receive first hit - Your website will be listed. Then You can delete this link from Your website. BTW all incoming hits are counted as Your ranking, so more hits You send - higher position You get.

    EDIT: I added my site. Just a question: why are sites penalized for being clicked often? Wouldn't it make more sense to give a site 2 points for bringing a link in and 1 point for getting a link out, as well as the thumbs up and down system? Or maybe just half a point for getting a link out?
