    Please send me PM for the URL, etc (why not post it? some people prefer owning a site that was not listed as for sale)

    5+ years old
    PR1 (was PR3 for 4 years until early last year due to lack of updates)
    15-20k monthly traffic (webalizer status. traffic increased twice from november status because we started updating news again last decemeber)
    NO revenue claimed. (used to offer text link advertisement on the site at $60/year.)
    includes a youtube account with almost 400 subscriber, some past videos got over 100k views. could help to drive traffic to the site.
    Site is using wordpress.
    Registered at GoDaddy

    Looking for a quick sale today so selling this for only $55 (buyer shoulder paypal fees)
