Selling 5 years old "make money online" blog for cheap - quick sale!

Hey all, I have this old blog of mine for possible sale:

I started it in 2007 but did not have time to develop. I have too many sites and I remember this once once a year when I

have to pay domain renewal fee. Every time I renew I I tell myself "this time I will develop it" but I don't. So I think it

might be good idea to sell it for anyone who wants to develop it.

My primary idea was to have a nice logo made of MRS REVENUE - guide of how to make money (revenue) online. Alternative idea:

same thing but aimed to women, women who wants to earn money working from home. You may have another idea.

Does anyone want to take it from my hands?
Benefits - old domain name + brandable name.

Renewal is due in 24 hours so this is 24 hour offer, if no one buys it I will keep it for one more year.
But since I might not develop it for another year again I would prefer to push it to someone else.
And for CHEAP- I will take 35$ (thats what i invested in the domain name already). Or may consider reasonable lower offer.
