5 YEARS OLD ESTABLISHED SITE For Sale!!!

I have two websites would like to sell, both are aged established for a long time.

Site # 1 - 5 years old, it is about internet business ideas, make money online, home business ideas
Site # 2 - 3 years old, it is about offering digital information products MRR/PLR, it is membership site.

A lot of SEO / backlinks stuff done for both sites during those years.

In term of revenue and traffic, both sites are very profitable at one time, but the owner stop doing anything a year ago, so the traffic/revenue dropped since then.

Now, my client want me to sell both for him. He just want to get $1200 for both which is only 1/10 of what he invested on it.

It is for someone know how to turn things around and preferred know how SEO works. The huge potential is there by give to the right hand, site # 1 used to made $500-$1000/month, site # 2 is used to made $300/month.

Hi there.Can you give some more details of when these sites were earning the money you state. Have they been hit by google updates, panda or penguin? Do you have details of any previous seo that has been done on the sites as they may have a detremental affect now and causing a decrease in rankings. What are your current google rankings and what were your previous rankings.Where was the initial 12k spent, site build costs or advertising and seo costs, if site build costs which company build the sites initially, if ads and seo then this 12k is irrelevant to gauging the worth of your sites.Thanks for your help.
