Selling 5 Years OLD co.uk rave music site for sale

Hello everyone,
I have decided to sell this Music (rave) related co.uk website. www.seaham-ravers.co.uk that is, a domain name registered 19-Jul-2005 (thats 5 years old domain).

Short History:
Not sure when I exactly purchased this website from another webmaster, at the time the site was generating between $2 and $4 a day, with small tweaks and a new design managed to increase earnings to $4 and $8 a day (doubled them).

That is not the case today however. The earnings reported in the brief panel above are divided for the entire year of 2009 (total earnings with AdSense for 2009 are 184 USD or rather 132 EURO's).

The site had also a very active forum which I had to shut down since the agreement with the old owner to still Moderate the forum was somehow forgotten and the forum started to be hammered from spammers (this move also decreased the traffic AND the earnings of the site as well, whoever will take it over can rebuild the forum and get it back on its feet this lovely site) and couldn't manage the forum on my own neither I could find someone capable to do it.

Traffic
After removing the forum (sort of killed the visitors air, big time chatters on forums) the traffic started to decrease. Building back up the forum it will increase the traffic by at least 50%. In addition I was forced to make yet another move, block the MP3 music search sites (like last.fm etc..) as some huge sites (similar to last.fm) started to source the audios which was killing bandwidth as well as referrals from those sites.

Traffic Source:
63% of the traffic comes from search engines (mainly Google) from people searching the domain names keyword and "rave" related keywords to the region near Seaham.
29% (almost 30) come from direct visitors that know the site and come back.
7% of the traffic comes from referrals (mainly Facebook and other sites that are linking to the site as reference for some audios). The referrals % was much higher before I killed it deliberately by hotlinking the audios.

Re-assumption of the sale:

• 5+ years old website - just as domain without traffic and PR was estimated around $100 from a domain broker just for the age
• Unique wordpress theme design (note, I have also replicated this theme with slight modifications for another site of mine, but other then that nobody else will have a similar design) - easily worth over $400
• Theme is highly SEO optimized and with just some link building you can achieve top rankings for any keywords you would want to target (brought the site to 3rd page of Google for "rave music" only with some directory submissions...and we know the value of such links...so it got back to 10th+ page after the latest major update on Google algorithm)

To put it up simple, I was forced to slowly kill the site, and even tho I am sure I can bring it back to life in a short period of time I am willing to sell it.

Expenses:
The only expense this site has is the hosting cost (I used to host it on HostGator Baby package for $6.95 a month without any problem before I moved it on my reseller account and had to kill the traffic and the profit with that) and the domain name renewal (which is around $12-$15 don't remember really). Owner will have to move the site to its own host (I can host it for 1 month for free, until the new owner transfers all the files to its own host).

I have set reserve to $250 as I am not willing to sell it under that price.
