Also the 97% from the traffic is from USA so it helps to earn money from all the advertising companies and adsense.

The site had a revenue of about 2000$/month from (adsense + link sales + sticky threads + sponsors of the month+ banners+affiliate earnings)

You say the site had a revenue of $2k and your screenshot is for 2009. What is it earning right now? What is the gross and net income? Can you post proofs?

Why are you selling? How much work is invovled per day?

 

Right now the site is not making that amount of money as I told in my post,I have sold a banner in the forums header and also I have got payments from the Freebie Sites section.
I have not spend a cent for advertising the site ,all the traffic is from search engines and link building.
As i told too in my post I am working in other projects right now and I don't have time for this.
The site runs without my supervision right now and it goes very well so far.Of course if someone do some extra work it will be better as always happened.

 

No you did not say that in your post. Right now you blatantly have the monthly revenue for this site listed as $2,000 per month. As you have admitted, that is simply not true.

What does the site make now. As in last month and so far this month?

 

The site made 2000++/month , now as I TOLD "I will provide details to the new owner where to place the adsense ads for maximum earnings and of course I will provide all the emails from the advertisers till today."
The last thing I have made to the site is to change the design,so I have no revenue made from adsense because the are not ads as you can see.
Also I am not running the site right now.

- Post proof of revenue for Sept 2009 - July 2010

I understand the site is a solid earner but please be clear on current earnings, no one cares about last years earnings and the price a buyer looks to invest will be based mainly on recent earnings e.g. last 6 months or so.

Posting revenue up and until Aug 2009 makes a prospective buyer think you have something to hide or even worse a drop in income.

I'm sure it's purely accidental that you've missed out the last 12 months, and I look forward to seeing the stats.

Adsense ads had been removed at the time the proof shown ends.From that time on the forum has been monetized through link sales ,sticky threads ,sponsors of the month,banners,affiliate earnings exclusively.
I will provide proof of earnings to all interested parties through PM.
